ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE ENTRY SECRETARY

NO LATER THAN  Monday 30^th JANUARY 2012

Unless there is a query about your entry you will not receive any acknowledgement until early February, when Class time information will be sent out.  An outline timetable of classes will be posted on the website at the same time. Detailed programmes will be available the first week of March.

You can download the entry form (A4 landscape).   

An e version (Excel spreadsheet) of the inside page is also available. This is very convenient for those who have to make large entries and also helps us get programme details correct.

Please enter an identifying name in the yellow box on this form and also in the file name when you send it to entries@ofmd.org.uk
